CapyBlocks Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

CapyBlocks is a block puzzle game with collectible capybaras. You can play without creating an account. We use Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay and Google AdMob to provide rewarded and occasional interstitial ads.

1. Information processed by the game

Your board, scores, carrots, collection, settings, and ad-frequency counters are saved on your device. CapyBlocks does not ask for your name, contacts, photos, or precise location, and does not provide an account or sign-in feature.

Our gameplay analytics include run duration, moves, score, lines cleared, carrots earned, capsule results, collection progress, revives, and ad outcomes and revenue. Firebase Analytics also processes app-instance identifiers and information about app usage, device and app characteristics, and approximate geography. We do not assign an account-based Firebase user ID. These technical identifiers mean analytics should not be treated as completely anonymous.

Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, ads shown, interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, and SDK operation. See Google's advertising data disclosure.

2. How we use information

We use gameplay measurements to improve puzzle difficulty, collection pacing, reliability, and the ad experience. We use ad events to grant completed rewarded-ad benefits, measure ad performance, and limit interruptions. If you email us, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond and resolve your request.

3. Advertising and your choices

Rewarded ads are optional and offer an in-game revive. Interstitial ads can appear between games. Google AdMob and its advertising partners process information to deliver and measure ads; personalized advertising can involve data use across other apps and websites.

Where required, a Google consent form lets you review advertising purposes and partners and make choices before ads are requested. When available, open Privacy Choices in the game's settings to revisit those choices, including applicable options to withdraw consent or opt out of targeted advertising or data sharing.

On iOS, the system tracking prompt controls permission for tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You may decline and continue playing. You can change this permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not turn off all analytics or all advertising data processing, and you may still see ads.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob. Information is processed by Google and, for advertising, the partners identified in the applicable consent interface. Their practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase's privacy information, and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, our services, or legal rights. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their applicable safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you delete the app's data or remove the app, subject to your device's backup behavior. Analytics and advertising records are retained under the relevant service settings and provider policies; deleting the app does not automatically erase records already transmitted. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and applicable obligations.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Contact us using the address below. Because we do not maintain player accounts, we may need additional information to identify the relevant records. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

CapyBlocks is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Security and policy updates

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
